User Agreement

The following User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the Privilege Points service (the "Service"), including, without limitation, the mobile application ("Mobile App"), for the creation and management of Tasks, Privileges and Penalties, the use of notifications and alerts, and any additional services, whether free or provided on a paid subscription basis, as provided or made available to individuals by Salamander Apps, LLC and its corporate affiliates through its Privilege Points business ("Privilege Points" or "us" or "we"). This Agreement is a binding legal agreement between you and Privilege Points. Please read the terms and conditions carefully. Your use of and/or registration with the Service will constitute your ongoing acceptance of this Agreement. If you cannot accept this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

Privilege Points reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time and in Privilege Points' sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised version. Your continued use of the Service following any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

1. Registration and Account Creation

Privilege Points may require registration to use all or a portion of the Service. You agree that all registration information provided by you is accurate and up-to-date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all use of the Service by you and anyone you allow to access the Service.

Your use is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on any Apple-branded Products that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscription and Billing

Privilege Points is a subscription-based service. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

3. User Content

You are responsible for all content you create within the Service, including task definitions, privilege names, and any other information you enter. You represent that you have the right to use any content you submit, and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or interferes with the Service's operation. Privilege Points reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Privilege Points does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salamander Apps, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
